We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, contact us at info@venerejewelry.com with your order number and reason for return. We will get back to you within 48 hours with instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Non Returnable Items

Items that are damaged due to misuse, lost, or returned after the 30 day window are not eligible for a refund.
